Welcome… I’m Melody!
I am a registered psychologist with a passion for supporting and working with individuals across all stages of life to enhance their mental health and wellbeing. I approach therapy with curiosity, compassion, and warmth, creating a space where individuals can feel safe to explore their personal goals.
Therapy for many can be an opportunity to slow down, creating time and space to pause, reflect and gain insight which can lead to meaningful change in life. Utilising a collaborative approach, I endeavour to work in a way that feels authentic and aligned with the goals of each individual.
I primarily draw on Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based approaches, while also considering the emotional, social, and physical aspects of wellbeing. While therapy can often involve deep reflection and work, I also value moments of lightness and creativity, integrating these where helpful to make the process more engaging and human.
I am grateful to share this space with clients, witnessing growth, resilience, and self-discovery, and supporting each individual on their mental health and wellbeing journey.
Thank you for visiting. If you’re thinking about taking the next step, I warmly encourage you to reach out.
“Owning our story and loving ourselves through that process is the bravest thing that we’ll ever do.” — Brené Brown
